Remodeling & Design Projects
Cate spent years casually helping people with furniture layouts, choosing paint colors, fabricating drapes and upholstery projects. Little did she know that experience would come in handy.

In 2002, Cate's life and career took a dramatic turn. While undergoing cancer treatments, her stepfather suffered a stroke.
In order to get him back home, the entire upstairs of her parent's house had to be remodeled in accordance with ADA standards, and become wheel-chair ready. She had only four weeks to design a plan, tear the house apart and put it back together again.

From this experience, Cate discovered she had a knack for assisting homeowners with decorating and remodeling projects.
She now helps other homeowners as a Designer-Project Manager with Liberty Remodeling Contractors, Inc.
